The Supreme Court of Karnataka, Interior Minister G. Parameshwara Heading Siddartha Training Academy (SSAHE), Tuacaru (accepted as a university), in the 2017-18 academic year, did not accept the MBBS course at the Faculty of Medicine to pay a student to pay the compensation for a student.
“To include a less valuable island in MBBS course on its own In a petition opened by Sanjana V. Tumkur in 2018 by Sanjana V. Tumkur, an arbitrary and illegal and no circumstances, a petition consisting of Justice Anu Sivaraman and Justice Manmadha Rao.
Ssahe, an Ald university, had the authority to carry out his own consultancy to accept students to the MBBS course based on the rank of Neet. While Ssahe offered original training certificates, as prescribed for the first year, he allocated a seat to the petition that paid 15.65 lakh as a fee.
After that, the college told him that he had to get a bank guarantee for the wage amount he had to pay for the rest of his years.
When the bank went to offer the guarantee, the SSAHE officials said the assumptions were finished and that the list of accepted candidates was sent to the Indian Medical Council without the name of the list of the accepted candidates.
His lawyer Ajoy Kumar Patil claimed that all of them under the list of accepted candidates were less valuable than the petition.
While accepting their mistakes, the SSAHE officials presented a free medical seat under the management quota in 2018-19, but in 2018, although it was qualified for the MBBS course, he did not honor their assurances.
As a result, he had to pay a heavy fee and provided a seat under the management quota at another college.
In the meantime, Ssahe objected to the assurance of a free seat given by the chancellery later, and claimed that there was no such letter in his records and that he was not accepted because he did not guarantee a bank during the prescribed time.
However, if the written assurance was not real, he refused to accept Ssahe’s allegations while he stated that he had not done any action according to the law. The court said that the written assurance of Chancellor was signed against Sri Siddaratha Medical College Director Tubakuru.
According to the opinion that the petition did not provide a bank warranty within the prescribed period, the Court pointed out that there was no condition in the acceptance process of SSAHE.
