Apple Invites System Requirements
Verify these basics before you begin. You need:
- An iPhone running iOS 18 or later
- iCloud+ subscription to create invitations
Guests can view and RSVP without an iCloud+ subscription. The steps in this article were tested on an iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 26.2.
Download Apple Invites from the App Store
First, install the Apple Invites app.
- Hungry App Store.
- Search Apple Invites.
- Download the app called Apple Invites to avoid confusion.

How to create a free digital invitation with RSVP on iPhone?
You are now ready to create your invitation.
Start a new invitation in Apple Invites
- Hungry Invites the application.
- If this is your first time, tap. Create Invitation.
If you have already created an invitation, plus symbol in the upper corner.
Add a background image to your invitation
- Faucet Add Background.
- To choose one option:PhotosCameraPlayground using Apple Intelligence supported models, you can also choose emoji, photographic or Colorful backgrounds.

If asked, grant access to the photo or camera.
Add event details such as title, date and location
Then fill in the key information.
- Faucet Event Title and enter the name of your event. Choose from four available fonts.

If you add both date and location, the app automatically shows:
- Weather forecast for that day
- A Maps link with directions
Add optional features like photos, links and playlists
You can add various optional features to enhance your invitation.
- Add shared photo album so guests can view and upload photos by tapping Create Album
- Add website linktapping something like a gift registry Add Link
- Add shared Apple Music playlist guests can listen and add songs by tapping Add Playlist
Add Tile to collect photos, playlists or links in one place by tapping Add Tile
Preview and create your invitation
Review everything before submitting.
- Faucet Preview.
- Review how the invitation will appear to guests.
- Faucet Next in the upper right corner.
- Wait a few seconds while the invitation is created.

How to send invitations and manage RSVPs on iPhone?
Once your invitation is published, you can share it in two different ways.
Invite guests using a public link
- Under Invite via Public Link, cChoose how you want to share the link:MessagesMailShare LinkCopy Link
- Messages
- Share Link
- Copy Link
- Change Confirm Guests Open if you want to review RSVPs before guests are added.
- To leave Confirm Guests Off to allow anyone with the connection to automatically access RSVP.
Guests who accept the invitation will appear on your guest list.
Invite guests one by one
- Scroll to: Invite People.
- Faucet Choose a Guest.
- You will then be asked to access your contacts and To continue.
- click Select People
- Select contacts only Click the one you want to include in this invitation and To continue
- Faucet Allow Selected Contacts
- choose one to contact To send a one-time invitation link.
- Then click messages, Mail or Share Link
This option sends a unique link to a single guest.
Guests can RSVP even if they do not have an iPhone.

Your invitation appears on the main screen of the app at: Approaching.
Edit the invitation after sending it
Plans change and adjustments are allowed.
- Hungry to invite From his upcoming list.
- tap More Buttons (three horizontal dots in the upper right corner)
- click To organise To update details.
- Changes sync automatically for guests.
