Australian lawyer arrested and charged in Hong Kong over alleged dine and dash spree

Samuel Monkivitch is accused of running away from four venues, including five-star Shangri-la hotel restaurants, without paying the bill. He pleaded guilty and was fined for fleeing to a massage parlor and a Chinese restaurant and attacking a man he encountered.
