Bobo Bakery, Kingsford – SMH Good Food review

These are the cinnamon rolls that dreams are made of. Warm, soft dough softened with sticky cinnamon sugar. Vanilla cream-cheese frosting settles on each layer. Sprinkle with some lemon zest.

It took bakery owner Rowan Attwell more than a year of recipe development to strike the magical balance between lightness and indulgence, and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better one anywhere in Sydney. The Kingsford store opens for collection orders only on weekdays, but you can also find Attwell in Maroubra, Paddington and Bondi Markets.

Good to know: There are about six flavors of cinnamon buns, ranging from sweet-savory pistachio to gochujang and cheddar.
