Call for driver medical checks smacks of ageism

Mental Health Payment Days
I am afraid that the “mental health day” authority for Gen Xers will fall for me if the endemic illness permit that provides long weekends of others will continue.
As a 30 -year senior doctor, I noticed the developing epidemic of the young doctor who won secondary earning sweeteners such as wage mental health days that were not planned to be on duty. In addition, annual illness permission accruals (and not more) are completely used before the expiry of the duration.
Tugay, who could not return to the hospital, means that stressful colleagues have to should shoulder the burden of lawsuit 7/24 patients who will not wait until the next shift.
The servers are exhausted by excessive work damages based on them by their brothers and sisters who are not righteous and durable. Dominos will fall as a business -oriented burnt and fall with the risk of joining the ranks of non -unusual demonstrations.

Children as a commodity
It is surprising that the regulators cannot act despite the rise of complaints, but it is not surprising (″ ⁣childcare complaints complaints on the rise, but the guard is less traded ″, 13/7).
We were here before, and when private providers leave the market under water, similar issues in vocational training, privatization of elderly care and now in the children’s care sector.
Changing the regulatory organ may provide small changes, but to apply recommendations made from various examinations that need to occur. This includes the treatment of personnel as educators with better and applicable qualities, minimizing the daily workforce (as in nursing and elderly care) and providing better wages and conditions.
Oh, and stop acting as a commodity to our children and realizing that parents have the right to work and make appropriate choices.

I’m a Qantas Statistist
I am one of 5.7 million customers affected by Qantas cyber violation. I’ve experienced this before. My frequent brochure account has been hacked before and I lost about 400,000 points. When the last violation was announced, I quickly moved to secure my account. I updated my details, then I tried to change my PIN, but I was locked.
He watched five separate phone calls between the open sea agents who could not or could not help, and said that my security answers were wrong, although he had already entered my account.
I wanted to talk to a manager or supervisor, but none of them were present. At this point, I questioned whether I was talking to legitimate Qantas staff. In desperation, I called the Office of Qantas in Sydney and I was waiting for 20 minutes after explaining the situation … Then I transferred directly to the same open sea call center in the Philippines. It wasn’t just annoying, it was sad. I was asked to send identity documents to a team I couldn’t verify. I was locked and worried about whom I could trust or whether my data and account were safe. I felt weak and completely supported.
Qantas claims to provide advice and support for those affected ”. That’s not what I live. Not even close.

Victim empty check
Melbourne has long been proud of a multicultural harmony, but a violent attack on the Miznon restaurant on the hardware lane and the bombardment of a historical synagogue reveals how imported conflict and moral absoluteism weaken this civilian ideal.
On July 5, protesters masked protesters Miznon “Kill Israel” and “Death to IDF”, romned the chairs and foods and broke the glass, scared the families and children who had dinner during school holidays.
Gaye Demanuele, one of the organizers, said that he did not regret the ABC’s 7.30 program. When asked if he was asked if he was helping the scary dishes, “Imagine that he is lying in a hospital bed in the tent … Do they find the genocide inconvenient?”
Most of this radicalization are fueled by the simplified sacrificial-basin narratives on social media, where complex conflicts are reduced to moral absolutes. The pain is equal to virtue; Moral responsibility is abandoned. Protest organizers, as seen in the recent ABC interviews, called for the pain of others while escaping any accountability for their actions.
The replacement of the complaint for responsibility indicates a dangerous collapse of ethical reasoning. Victimization has become a moral empty control; Violence is a form of protest that is allowed if it is compatible with “right” reason.
It is the inconsistent response of institutions that are equally disturbing. The police hesitated to move. The courts died against a Jewish deputy’s office of hate motivated vandalism. Creative Australia’s handling the Venice Biennial – to cancel, then to restore the artist Khaled Sabsabi – shows how institutions are struggling under moral panic. Universities and cultural bodies often hesitate under pressure.
This uncertainty strengthens excessive supporters and weakens public confidence. We must re -establish the principle that empathy cannot excuse hatred and the protest should never become persecution. Institutions should act with moral clarity. Young people should learn that passion does not replace the mind and that freedom of expression is responsible.

Privileged lobby
We should pay attention to how much agencies we have given to the creation of ⁣ -sparial Envoys ″. I was not aware that we had a special ambassador for the Muslim community. Although the aim is good, we have effectively accessed the two communities where their beliefs and policies are inseparable and often contradictory.
In doing so, the government created a rod on its own back with the potential to put a wedge between non -religious and religious communities. Undesirable but separatist results for the parliament of indigenous sound are the best example.
As a secular nation, we must strive to ensure religious freedom, but only in the context of the constant separation of the church, religion and the state.
Unfortunately, the suggestions of the Jewish special ambassador, including the rejection of the entry into the country of individuals and the abolition of support given to institutions financed by the state, seem to fly against it.
I feel that the private ambassador approach is at risk of transforming a political -framed religious discrimination invoice by Stealt.
Even though I am aware that “we are past, we accept”, I also remind you that the road to Hell has been laid with good intentions ”. Carefully PM.

Normalization section
Your article clearly demonstrates that peaceful protest is the cornerstone of democracy, but should never be a shield for hate or intimidation. Melbourne CBD’deki weekly professional rallies, occasionally passed this line.
“Death to IDF” and ″ Zionists are terrorists ″ ″ ″ ″ ″ ″ ″ – Normalizes the Department of Violence and Fuel.
Australian Jews should not be humiliated because they support Israel’s right to existence.
It should remain protested, but it should be public safety and social adaptation. We can care about Palestinian lives without threatening the Jewish ones.

Freedom needs order
As a small business owner at Melbourne CBD, I watched Swindle weeks from the week for the week due to ongoing pro -Filestin protests. Pedestrian traffic disappears, tram services are suspended and customers avoid the region.
While respecting the right to protest, why at the expense of our livelihoods?
The current installation keeps the CBD pledge effectively every weekend. A permission system – as recommended by the state opposition – does not silence sounds, but helps the demonstrations responsible for the local traders and the wider community.
No matter what heartily, all reasons should work within the boundaries that protect both freedom and order. It’s time to find a better balance.

Srl Questions
I wonder if the people who object to the suburban railway cycle are people who object to the salt purification facility. The facility supports water storage in and around Melbourne and saves us from drought restrictions. When the suburban rail cycle is built, will they notice improved services or will it only be accepted? Will they object to a new infrastructure offer until then?

Trump World
The constant tariff game of Re Trump and the appointment of Nick Adams as the US Ambassador to Malaysia (12/7). Acting as the President of the United States is time to stop under 25 changes due to mental disability.

Besides
On Saturday evening, I was very pleased to see the great truck convoy of Samanlı for desperate hungry livestock in the western region. People cheered as trucks entering Camperdown. There are more trucks next week, great people help this desperate drought.

Re Sarah Macdonald’s article (″ ⁣ok zoomers, time to get out of the fringe. Come on dance ″, 12/7). Every Tuesday night I go to a local hall and (almost) I dance with great songs in the dark. I am about 30 years older than most other dancers, but every time I feel very happy and energetic.

Sarah Macdonald is right. When we look at the images of the performances of the Millennium Music Festival performances, the second time, the second smartphones of the smartphones.
