Four from Bidar killed in road accident in Maharashtra

In the collision that occurred between two four-wheelers near Umarga town in Osmanabad district of Maharashtra in the early hours of Tuesday morning, 4 people, including 3 from the same family, died on the spot and one person was injured.

The victims were identified as Shivakumar Chitanand(26), Rathikanth Basagond(300), Santhosh Basagond (20) and Sadanand Basagond (21), all residents of Khasimpur (P) village of Bidar taluk. Digmbar Jagannath, who was seriously injured, was admitted to the hospital.

They were all returning from Mahalingraya temple in Huljanti village in Solapur district of Maharashtra when the accident occurred near Umarga town.
