A high school student in Virginia’s Loudoun County is under investigation for allegedly secretly recording students in the school bathroom.
Freedom High School Principal Tania Brown emailed parents in late April to inform them that school administrators had received a report that a student recorded another student in a school restroom and law enforcement was investigating. FOX 5DC.

7News reporter Nick Minock said Tuesday that multiple sources have told him that the Liberty High School student accused of taking photos and videos of other students in bathroom stalls identifies as transgender and may have had more than 40 potential victims over the past three years.
When reached for comment, a Loudoun County Public Schools spokesperson confirmed it was working with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office regarding the ongoing investigation but said the details he could provide were limited. The district appeared to deny reports that the student was transgender.
“These are significant allegations that we take extremely seriously. Loudoun County Public Schools is committed to transparency and will continue to provide accurate information to the community while working within applicable legal parameters regarding the privacy rights of students and staff,” they said in a statement to Fox News Digital. they said.

The Northern Virginia school district, located about 40 miles outside of Washington, D.C., has been rocked by multiple scandals over its policy allowing students to use restrooms and locker rooms based on their gender identity.

The school district is currently in the middle of a legal battle with the parents of two students in the district; These students were suspended from school and charged with sexual harassment last year after questioning why a female student who identified as transgender was in the boys’ locker room.
