A Perth woman was given a restrictive order against her alienated husband, a few hours before her allegedly left her on her face and arms, allegedly wetting her on the fuel and allegedly on fire.
44 -year -old Peter John Moler refused to make any mistake and says his ex -wife had soaked himself in a flammable liquid, and in June 2023, the family put himself on fire while sitting outside the Helena Mountain’s house. The couple left after 11 years of marriage.
Peter Moler is accused of setting fire outside the houses of Mount Helena in 2023, his alienated wife, Kirten Moler.
Moiler, who was not guilty of the actions to prevent jealous physical harm or to prevent arrest, continued to be tried at the Perth Regional Court on Tuesday and the details of the incident were announced to the jury.
The court was told that the couple with three children were involved in drug use during their relationship and caused controversy over the years.
After the 35 -year -old Kirsten Moler left the family from his home and moved to the nearby suburb of the Sawyers Valley, violence was ordered to restrict violence to the Midland Court to protect him from his husband.
It is a matter of conflict whether Moilers did not know the restriction order at that time, but the prosecutor said that he was parked at the bottom of the car road to see Kirsten’s son on Tuesday on Tuesday Tuesday, two hours later.
Dungey claimed that Moler saw Kirsten’s car and sprayed from a spray bottle with a flammable liquid and before he wrapped a lighter to fry the flames.
A CCTV recording of the incident from a neighbor’s house, the jury, where Kirsten screams, said, “Peter, help me, help me”, Moiler said: “What happened? What are you doing?”
Dungey, the jury Kirsten’in fire from the car to a nearby stream, at the same time trying to extinguish the flames, he said.
