Vaze announced that he was entitled to aid due to his CET score and his family’s financial difficulties. “I qualified due to my CET score and because I was not financially able to start my engineering degree. To retain the scholarship, I had to achieve an 8+ GPA throughout my degree and I graduated with 8.12, meaning I received partial support until the end.”
He explained that his life started to improve after the sixth semester, when he started earning money during his internship, which enabled him to cover his living expenses. Still, he emphasized that his dreams would remain unattainable “if God had not helped me.”
Emotional Turning Point and Recognition
Vaze explained that he was invited to the congratulation ceremony after graduating with first place. “Today I have the honor of graduating with a first-class degree and have been invited to meet the other scholars of the Foundation. I am sure I will cry today, friends.”
Along with his post, he also uploaded an old letter dated 2025 detailing the educational assistance he received from the Sachin Tendulkar Foundation.
