US influencer Hasan Piker criticized left-wing politics in the UK as “a mess” while praising Zack Polanski for ensuring the Green Party grew again.

In an exclusive interview published by The Independent on Sunday (June 21), Piker praised former Labor leader Jeremy Corbyn as an “incredibly empathetic person” who “puts human rights before popularity”.

Piker, an outspoken critic of Israel’s military action in Gaza, was due to travel to London for an event this month but found his entry banned by the UK Home Office.

Before the ban, Piker had been accused of antisemitism by Labor MP David Taylor and a Jewish campaign group for his comments about Israel; Piker vehemently denied this accusation.
