Just days before he takes to the stage at the FIFA World Cup halftime show, the 32-year-old Canadian pop star was spotted smoking a cigar during the entertainment event.
The musician apparently wasn’t worried at all about smoke messing with his vocals, as he wore navy blue pants and a short-sleeved white shirt.
The SKYLRK designer completed her look with a pair of black leather sneakers with white soles.
His dirty blonde hair was cut short and he had a messy beard.
Earlier this month, it was announced that Bieber was one of many performers at the World Cup, alongside Madonna, Shakira and BTS.

The 32-year-old Canadian pop star was spotted smoking a cigar days before he was scheduled to perform at the FIFA World Cup halftime show.
The halftime show will take place in New Jersey on Sunday, July 19.
The 11-minute production will also feature Afrobeats star Burna Boy, Venezuelan conductor Gustavo Dudamel, and PS22 Choir, consisting of primary school students based in Staten Island, New York.
The event, curated by Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, will take place during the final at MetLife Stadium.
The show will support the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, which has raised $100 million to help children access education and football.
“The FIFA World Cup brings the world together like nothing else,” Bieber said in a press release.
‘I’m grateful to be a part of this Halftime Show, and even more grateful to know that it’s already helping to expand access to education for children around the world.’
His attendance at the event comes as Bieber embarks on a career comeback following the release of his album Swag in July 2025.
