I went on Alan Titchmarsh’s Love Your Weekend and couldn’t believe how much BOOZE there was – producers got us absolutely smashed on set

Sarah Hadland has opened up about her drunken experience with Alan Titchmarsh in Love Your Weekend.
The 54-year-old actor has appeared twice in the last six years on the ITV show, which came to our screens in 2020 and has eight series.
Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh is a Sunday morning show where 76-year-old gardener Alan shares gardening tips and tricks and celebrates all things British countryside.
Filmed at Manor Farm in Holybourne, Hampshire, the program also sees him interviewing celebrities.
Sarah first appeared on the show in the eighth episode of series two, alongside Harry Redknapp and Frank Gardner.
He returned for the third episode of series six, alongside Nicki Chapman and Lea Salonga.

Chat in the last episode of the program Pottering podcast with Tom AllenSarah admitted: ‘I’m quite fond of Alan Titchmarsh.’
Tom asked: ‘Alan Titchmarsh is very nice. Have you been on his show?’
‘Yes, twice!’ Sarah confessed.
Tom: ‘I’m sorry we couldn’t be together on this. ‘Very well, you go to this barn near Guildford and you get angry!’
Sarah admitted: ‘I drank too much rum the first time.’
“Yeah, they really screwed you up,” Tom replied.
Sarah continued: ‘He’s lovely. “He’s so handsome.”
Tom added: ‘And the people who own the barn are very nice, very nice.’

Sarah recalled: ‘Oh, they’re lovely.
‘I was getting ready in their daughter’s bedroom.’
And funny enough, Tom had experienced the same thing.
Tom replied: ‘Yes I had to do that!
‘I think he moved out a long time ago.’
Sarah joked: ‘I was there like the eyeliner was amazing!’
‘Why did you wear that prom dress?!’ Tom joked.
Sarah concluded: ‘I mean, it’s just the whole feeling of it being so…’
‘Cold,’ replied Tom.
Alan’s show isn’t the only show Sarah has participated in over the years.
The star is arguably best known for her role as Stevie Sutton in BBC’s Miranda.
But he also took on other roles and appeared in other shows.
Sarah appeared in the films Death in Paradise, Midsomer Murders, Bob the Builder, Road to Waterloo, The Jury, Casualty, Bill and the Doctors.
She also appeared on Strictly, where she and partner Vito Coppola came in second place behind Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell.
