India’s largest container port JNPA engages investment banks for planned IPO

A successful listing would be the second time a state-owned Indian port is set to enter the public listing, after Kamarajar Port received in-principle approval from the ministry of ports, shipping and waterways this year. JNPA handled 54% of the country’s container traffic between major ports in FY25 and reported a 52% increase in net profit. ₹2,053 crore revenue ₹3,262 crore are financials that could attract significant institutional appetite.
