Infosys is aging as young employees count lowest in 15 years

At the end of fiscal 2026, Infosys had 166,636 employees aged 30 and under, accounting for approximately 50.7% of its workforce. Mint An analysis of its annual filings over the last 15 years showed. The Bengaluru-based company closed last year with 328,594 employees, an increase of 5,016 employees compared to the previous financial year. The share of young employees continued its downward trend since FY23, falling from 53% in the previous fiscal year.
