Israel Police arrests two suspects, foiling potential terror attack in Ramle
He was captured along with another suspect who attempted to attack the arresting officers.
Israel Police On Sunday morning, a man in his 20s from Ramle was arrested after posting online his intention to carry out a terrorist attack in the city.
During the arrest, the suspect put his dog on one of the police officers, and the officer, fearing for his life, killed the dog in self-defense.

40-year-old man killed in Kafr Qara, 215th victim of Arab crime in 2025
Ameen Agbariya, 40, from the northern town of Kafr Kara, was killed in a shooting attack on Saturday night, the Israel Police and Abraham Initiatives, a non-governmental organization that monitors crime rates in the Arab sector, announced Sunday.
When police officers and emergency medical personnel arrived on the scene, an investigation was launched and Agbariya was evacuated to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera in critical condition.
His death was announced later.
Agbariya’s death was the 215th victim lost in criminal violence in the Arab sector since the beginning of the calendar year. 182 of them were shot dead.
The crime rate has been increasing continuously since 2022.
