Normal services have resumed for lines affected by the closure of Leeds railway station.
TransPennine Express has confirmed that its services are no longer affected by Monday’s events. A spokesman said: “The disruption caused to emergency services dealing with the incident between Leeds and Micklefield is now over.” he said.
“Services are no longer affected by this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to your journey today.”
Services have also resumed for London North Eastern Railway services. “Some lines have reopened via #Stevenage but services will be delayed by up to 10 minutes until the end of service today,” a spokesman said.
All Northern railways’ Leeds routes are now coded green or provide ‘good service’, according to the railway’s network outage HQ.
