Police swarmed the car park of a retail park in North Wales. On July 18, several police cars were seen outside Mostyn Champneys retail park in Llandudno. The seemingly massive emergency response also included ambulances, two air ambulances and rapid response vehicles; All were seen at the scene.

Police cordoned off the area. Most of the emergency vehicles showed up in front of the local McDonalds restaurant. North Wales Live reports.
