Man found dead at his house in Pulakurthi

A RTC bus driver was allegedly found dead in his house in the village of Pulakurthi Kodumur Mandal in the region in the early hours of Wednesday. Police suspects that the man was killed by his son, who believes that his father could take his job on compassionate reasons. Kammari Ramachari (50), a resident of the village of Pulakurthi, worked as a driver in Yemmiganur RTC bus warehouse.

According to sources, the locals screamed from the house in the early hours of Wednesday and informed the police. Police found Ramachari died in the blood pool. They said that the head of the deceased was shredded with a mortar.

According to the locals, those who died often had a fight with his son Veeraswamy Achari. Although the police have not yet confirmed the motive behind the killing, he is suspected of killing his son to get his father on compassionate reasons. Ramachari’s body was shifted to Kodumur State Hospital for autopsy. The defendant was reportedly detained.
