Showjumper and horse-riding in ‘so-called threesome’ with child | UK | News

A riding instructor and a showjumper sexually abused a young girl under 16 years of age and called “Triple” and had sexual intercourse.
37 -year -old Guy Simmonds and 26 -year -old Lauren Jarvis found guilty of participating in sexual activity with a child after a hearing at Cardiff Crown Court. Simmonds was not found guilty of the five number of the same accusation.
The hearing that Simmonds had sex with the girl and the assistant defendant the same night, Jarvis, “willingly participated in the incident, including sexually touching the girl.Wales online reports Prosecutor James Hartson said Simmonds was “net maintenance elements” and said the jury members would see evidence in the form of text speeches that they “plan” what they intend to do during the hearing, and then “accepted a pact of silence”.
The incident said that in January 2024, Jarvis’s house, Mr. Hartson, 26 -year -old child “willingly” participated.
The messages read to the jury asked Simmonds when Jarvis had to “explode” for sex and admitted that Jarvis was “absolutely good” with him.
In a later message, Simmonds checks whether the girl is still there. “I don’t want to come out at the same time that his mother left him,” he said. Simmonds said in more messages: “Hey, there is a feeling [name of alleged victim] He said about us. If someone wants for the sake of us that night, nothing happened that night xx. “
Jarvis replied: “Hey, who said it? Oh, God really, trying to do, do our lives to hell? Of course I will do xx.”
Mr. Hartson said that there was no sexual contact between Simmonds’ case and the female student at any time, and that his claims were malicious. Simmonds said that he agreed to have sexual intercourse with Jarvis, but rejected any sexual intercourse with the complainant.
The lawyer said that Jarvis’s events containing him and his daughter did not take place, although he wanted it to happen-and the short messages on the subject between the parties were “joke” and “wind”.
However, a jury made guilty decisions about participating in sexual activity with a child about both defendants.
Simmonds was detained and Jarvis was arrested by judge Lucy Crowther for a guarantee to appear for conviction on 29 September. Both warned that “all options are open to court”.
