Melania Trump stuns as she arrives at glitzy MAGA party with husband Donald… while president reveals his New Year’s resolution but refuses to answer tense question

President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump arrived at the commander-in-chief’s annual New Year’s Eve party at Mar-a-Lago.

The first lady especially stunned in her bright, sparkling silver gown and studded Louboutin fit for the occasion, while the president wore a traditional tuxedo.

President Trump gave a very clear and simple answer when asked about his New Year’s resolution.

‘Peace. “Peace on earth,” he said, after a year in which he claimed an end to numerous wars around the world.

While briefly addressing the assembled reporters, Trump deflected a question about Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s request that U.S. troops be on the ground in their war against Russia.

“Thank you,” the president smiled and walked towards the party, holding Melania’s hand.

Among the prominent MAGA figures seen at the festival were Rudy Giuliani, US Attorney General Jeannine Pirro, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, his son Eric Trump and his wife Lara, as well as Hollywood director Brett Ratner, who recently shot a documentary about Melania.

At least two new reality TV personalities are also expected to join – the Daily Mail has confirmed the involvement of new Netflix show Members Only: Palm Beach actors Hilary Musser and Rosalyn Yellin.

Conspiracy theorist Laura Loomer, who is on tight terms with the president, told the Daily Mail she would be there, too, and was joined by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who held official talks with Trump at Mar-a-Lago on Monday.

The White House remained tight-lipped about this year’s guest list and did not respond to requests for comment on whether Netanyahu would be present.

Other possible guests include Kid Rock, who shared a photo of himself playing golf with Trump at the president’s West Palm Beach estate earlier this week.

Former Rep. George Santos, whose federal prison sentence was commuted by Trump in October, said he will host his own New Year’s Party in New York this year. Santos was at the Mar-a-Lago party to welcome 2021.

Over the course of three decades, participants have included Martha Stewart, Serena Williams, Sylvester Stallone, the late Regis Philbin, Jason Aldean and Tiger Woods.

It hasn’t attracted many celebrity guests in recent years; instead, it hosted MAGA mainstays like My Pillow’s Mike Lindell and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, as well as the well-moneyed crowd who could afford memberships at the president’s private, beachside Florida club.

Club members are allowed two guests each, and the party has an additional cost; one Mar-a-Lago member told the Daily Mail it cost several thousand dollars.

Ronald Kessler is a bestselling author He is known for his books about the Secret Service, FBI, and CIA. He joined the Palm Beach society with his 1999 volume. Season: Inside Palm Beach and America’s Richest Community.

While doing research for his book, Kessler befriended Trump and got a first-hand look at one of the future president’s first New Year’s Eve parties.

‘Everyone wants to come to Mar-a-Lago. We have hundreds of reservation requests for New Year’s Eve. “We can’t let them in,” Trump is quoted as saying in December 1998. ‘Rod Stewart got a table, Ron Perelman got four tables. We had Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Diana Ross, Jay Leno, Julio Iglesias, Tony Bennett, the Beach Boys, Tom Jones. It’s a hot place.’

At that year’s party, Trump was accompanied by his then-girlfriend Melania Knauss, and one attendee noted that next year’s theme might be ‘Melania for the Millennium’.

It really was, as the couple had been together for 27 years.

In 1999, Donna Summer performed a show on Mar-a-Lago’s lawn, since Mar-a-Lago’s gilded ballroom had not yet been built.

Kessler told the Daily Mail that he attended New Year’s celebrations many times after writing his book, including in December 2015, when Trump was first running for president.

She wrote about her observations for the Daily Mail that year and recalled being served sparkling wine from a Trump-branded Charlottesville, Virginia, vineyard with truffle and ricotta ravioli, filet mignon and scallops.

Donatella Versace was a guest and partied with pregnant Ivanka Trump.

Trump converted Mar-a-Lago, which he bought 10 years ago, into a private club in 1995, angering locals by accepting Jews and African Americans as members, which many Palm Beach private clubs banned at the time.

Kessler wrote in his book that he named the trust fund babies, which opposes the “lucky sperm club’s” plans for Mar-a-Lago members.

Before Trump’s political career began, he hosted many celebrities at the club.

In one memorable anecdote, Sean ‘Puff Daddy’ Combs, who has since been sentenced to 50 months in federal prison on prostitution-related charges, went next door to Mar-a-Lago to the Bath & Tennis Club, which did not admit minority members.

Kessler’s book recalled that Diddy was kicked out of Bath & Tennis after he was caught making out with his girlfriend on a sun lounger. It was Trump who told the story to the author.

The first honorary Mar-a-Lago members included singer Stewart, who was Trump’s neighbor, Stallone, the late Charlton Heston, Steven Spielberg and Denzel Washington.

Last year, Donald Trump Jr. made his official debut, bringing his new girlfriend, Bettina Anderson, as a guest.

In recent years, the ‘celebrities’ at Mar-a-Lago have become more MAGA-aligned and political in nature.

Stallone, a recent winner of the Trumpified Kennedy Center Honors, remains a fixture.

Woods is dating Donald Trump Jr.’s ex-wife Vanessa, according to the Daily Mail’s initial report, and is therefore still in the Mar-a-Lago orbit.

But Stewart has since distanced himself from Trump. In an interview in June he said: He said he does not approve of the president’s behavior towards women and the Trump administration’s sale of weapons to Israel. ‘He’s become a different man since he became president,’ Stewart said. ‘Someone I don’t know.’

Spielberg spent hundreds of thousands of dollars last year to help elect Democratic candidates; actor Washington, meanwhile, had to bury a story saying he supported Trump’s primary.

During last year’s celebration, which took place three weeks before Trump returned to the White House, Elon Musk, who brought his son X with him, attracted attention.

Trump Jr.’s new girlfriend, Bettina Anderson, also served as New Year’s Eve’s official coming-out party after the younger Trump broke off his engagement to current ambassador to Greece, Kimberly Guilfoyle.

The couple has since become engaged.

Local ’90s rapper Vanilla Ice recently performed twice at the Mar-a-Lago New Year’s Eve party. President Donald Trump was photographed at the reception in 2021, where he skipped the party and partygoers were criticized for not wearing face masks.

Last year, President Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, provided musical entertainment by humming Tom Petty’s I Won’t Back Down in front of the crowd.

More than two decades later, Mar-a-Lago was still partying like it was 1999, and ’90s rapper Vanilla Ice had been tapped to play in 2021. Just weeks before Trump leaves office and days before the Jan. 6 Capitol attack.

Trump walked out of the party that year, and guests were criticized for partying indoors without wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nearby resident Vanilla Ice returned to perform for the event to kick off 2024 (a much better year for the president), and he brought along another piece of ’90s nostalgia: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.

Last year, a musical extravaganza hit a little closer to home: daughter-in-law Lara Trump took the stage to perform Tom Petty’s I Won’t Back Down.

But at least one Trump loyalist told the Daily Mail that he steered clear of this year’s Mar-a-Lago ball drop and poured cold water on the perceived hype around the party.

‘I’ve been to New York before, it was boring and I left early,’ the source said.
