Royal Family LIVE: Late Queen’s savage comment to Andrew revealed | Royal | News

King Charles III and Prince William appeared to realize it was best to cut their losses with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor over his controversial friendship with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, when it was decided last year that the former prince would be stripped of his titles and evicted from his home in Windsor.
But a source close to the York family says the monarch and his heir also received “some sort of advance warning” that the scandal surrounding Andrew’s relationship with Epstein was far from over.
The source, who is said to be a friend of Princess Beatrice and Eugenie, told the Daily Mail: “It seems clear that William and the King were given some sort of forewarning of what was to come in intelligence briefings late last year.
“Obviously they couldn’t share that, and when they evicted Andrew and Sarah from Royal Lodge, some people thought that was too harsh. In light of what has now come to light, that seems like a more appropriate sanction.”
