Mohamed Salah named on Liverpool bench for Brighton game

While Saudi Pro League clubs are interested in signing Salah when the transfer window reopens next month, there is a possibility this could be his last game in the Liverpool squad.
Salah is Liverpool’s third all-time top scorer, scoring 250 goals in 420 appearances; however, he did not make five consecutive appearances for Liverpool.
Saying that he invited his family to the Brighton match last weekend, Salah added: “I will be at Anfield to say goodbye to the fans and go to the Africa Cup of Nations. I do not know what will happen while I am there.”
Earlier in the week, Slot said, “I have no idea” whether Salah played his last match for the club.
However, after positive talks throughout the week, Salah was selected for the squad to face Brighton.
