Nagappa Family in Kurlapalli Stands Tall as Symbol of Togetherness

Hyderabad: In an age where families are becoming smaller, the Nagappa family of Kurlapalli village in Andhra Pradesh’s Anantpur district stands as a rare example of togetherness.
Approximately 83 members from six generations live in a single house. The Nagappas lived together as one joint family for generations. Even though the family is spread across four adjoining homes, it functions as a single household, sharing meals, income, and responsibilities.
Villagers appreciate Nagappa’s family for setting an example to others by staying together for decades
