BJD corporator arrested in rape case, suspended from party

A 19 -year -old woman who filed a complaint at the Laxmisagar Police Station, accused the BJD company for rape, fetter, cheating and criminal intimidation. As Jena escaped, a part of the media was “innocent” and “framing” by the ruling BJP.
In his complaint, the survivor claimed that the company had sexually exploited it with the promise of marriage at the age of 17. He claims that Jena took him to Puri, dealing with physical relationships, and forcing him to cancel a two -month pregnancy by applying pills in February 2024.
Surviver also claimed that he had been threatened and directed not to explain the issue to anyone.
Police recorded the survival’s statement and also performed a medical test.
Bhubaneswar police arrested Udit Pradhan, the President of NSUI, who was allegedly raped by an engineering student this week. He was also suspended from the party.
