Australian teenager Ally Hickman taken for scans after fall in slopestyle final

– Livigno: Australian teenager Ally Hickman was taken for precautionary scans following a heavy fall in the women’s ski final on Wednesday (local time).

The 16-year-old from Sydney fell off the rail during his second run and was seen pointing at his chest as medical staff assessed him on the sidelines.

But Hickman recovered from the initial sting of the fall and hit the slopes once again for his third and final run. However, after passing the guardrail that tripped him on the second run, Hickman fell once again in the final section of the course.

He stood up again and waved at the camera as he awaited his score, before being taken to a nearby clinic for evaluation and precautionary scans.

Hickman managed to finish seventh overall after scoring an impressive clean 67.70 on his first run to get himself on the board.
