White nationalist Nick Fuentes vowed to campaign against Vivek Ramaswamy with an insult-filled rant denouncing the Republican bid for Ohio governor.
The statement comes just days after Ramaswamy criticized Fuentes for some of his provocative remarks during a speech at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest conference.
“I think I’m going to go to Ohio, and the word we’re looking for is denial. We should deny Vivek Ramaswamy the governorship. This is the only race I care about in ’26. That’s the only thing I care about,” Fuentes said during a livestream Tuesday. He also used slurs to describe Ramaswamy and said he didn’t care if a Democrat defeated him in the governor’s race.
Fox News Digital has reached out to Ramaswamy’s campaign for comment.

Ramaswamy laid out his vision of what it means to be an American in his speech at AmericaFest on Friday.
“What does it mean to be an American in 2026? It means we believe in the ideals of 1776,” he said at the Turning Point USA event. “That means we believe in merit, in getting the best person to get the job, regardless of skin color.”
“This means we believe in freedom of expression and open debate,” he added. “Even for those who disagree with us, from Nick Fuentes to Jimmy Kimmel, you can speak your mind without the government censoring you.”

Ramaswamy later said: “If you believe in normalizing hatred towards any ethnic group, Whites, Blacks, Hispanics, Jews, Indians, you have no place in the future of the conservative movement.”
“And I won’t apologize for it. I won’t defend myself in saying it,” Ramaswamy continued. “If you believe, and forgive me for quoting our online commentator Nick Fuentes in full. If you believe Hitler was pretty cool, you have no place in the future of the conservative movement. You can discuss foreign aid, Israel all you want. That’s fine. That’s fair. But with this level of hatred, there’s no place for you.”
Ramaswamy announced his candidacy for governor of Ohio in late February.
