Oprah shows dramatic weight loss transformation at Chloe runway show

Oprah Winfrey stunned when she arrived at Paris Fashion Week with her newly slimmed down figure.
The 72-year-old media star was spotted arriving at the scene. Chloe catwalk show She looked noticeably slimmer in high-waisted jeans, a cream top, and a brown jacket.
She paired her look with sunglasses, a white bag, and closed-toe, pointed-toe, high-heeled shoes, and wore her hair in a high ponytail.
The media mogul was also photographed sitting in the front row at the Stella McCartney fashion show, pairing a pink jacket with tan trousers and a white shirt.

The former talk show host has been open about struggling with her weight many times throughout her career. While hosting an episode of his talk show in 1988, he famously dumped 67 pounds of fat onto a wagon to represent the amount of weight he had lost due to a liquid diet.
After trying many different diets, joining Weight Watchers and trying a holistic approach, Winfrey shared that she started taking GLP-1 weight loss medication in 2023 and said: People She made the decision in December 2025 when she realized that her lifelong struggle with her weight stemmed from obesity, a word she had previously “avoided”.

“If you have obesity in your gene pool, I want people to know that it’s not your fault,” Winfrey said. “I want people to stop blaming yourself for genes and the environment that you can’t control. I want people to have information, whether you want to take medication, go on a diet, whatever you choose to do with it.”
Winfrey said that after she started taking the GLP-1 drug, she began to feel “everything was calmer and stronger” because she was getting help controlling “the messages sent to her brain about overeating.”

Obesity specialist Dr. She detailed her weight loss journey in her book “Enough,” which she wrote with Ania M. Jastreboff. While appearing on “The View” in January, she opened up about the book and what it was like to be the butt of every joke for years.

“The reason I wrote this book with Dr. Ania is because I felt that what I had been feeling for so many years—the shame and blame I had inflicted on myself—was my fault,” she said. “I felt like it was my fault that I was overweight, so when comedians made fun of me, I felt like, ‘Well, I’m okay with being the butt of their jokes because I need to lose weight.'”
The “A Wrinkle In Time” star said she feels embarrassed every time she gains weight, saying she “accepts” jokes about her weight because “she thinks they’re right.”
One example he gave was when he first appeared on “The Tonight Show” and described how he was “so excited to be there” that he spent “his entire paycheck on Stuart Weitzman shoes,” only for host Joan Rivers to embarrass him for gaining so much weight.

“And I remember walking away embarrassed, but he said I could come back if I lost 15 pounds, so I wasn’t even mad at him. I thought I just gotta keep going. I gotta lose those 15 pounds,” Winfrey said.

While speaking to People, Winfrey said she felt “the most mind-blowing, liberating thing I’ve experienced as an adult” when she realized “overeating doesn’t cause obesity, obesity causes overeating.”
