Pakistan-based JeM launches Rs 3.91 billion fundraising drive after losses during Operation Sindoor

Security officials, after experiencing serious mishaps during the Sindoor operation, Pakistani-based Jaish-e-Mohammad (JEM) terrorist outfit, Lashkar-E-Taiba’s arbitration policy under the clothes of the country launched a great donation gathering ride in that country.

JEM came out with a new mechanism with the support of Pakistan’s interpersonal intelligence (heat) to collect money. Authorities use digital wallets such as ‘Easypaisa’ and ‘Sadapay’ controlled by the family members of the founder and the most sought -after terrorist Masood Azhar.

3.91 billion RS donation collection driver, JEM will secure operational and weapons financing for at least ten years, he said.
The Indian Armed Forces retaliated the expensive terrorist attack in the early hours of May 7 and made missile strikes for terror infrastructure in Kashmir, which was occupied by Pakistan and Pakistan. Pakistan retaliated and intense border conflicts continued until May 10 before reaching an understanding to end hostilities of the two countries.

Authorities, JEM’s headquarters’ Market Subhanallah’ın and four other training camps along with Markaz Bilal, Markaz Abbas, Mahmona Joya and Sargal Training Camp – Sindoor operations were destroyed during the operation, he said.

While the Pakistan government announced financing to rebuild these destroyed facilities, JEM launched an online donation campaign through digital wallets to collect 3,91 billion RS to build 313 new Marxes buildings under the construction of a mosque in Pakistan. Facebook and WhatsApp, JEM -connected Proxy accounts and JEM commanders used by the social media platforms, posters, videos and Masod Azhar’dan published a letter from Azhar, and supporters required each mosque required 12.5 million RS (RS 1.25 Crore) for construction and smooth running. According to the authorities, many of the digital wallet accounts Azhar’s brother Talha Al Saif (Talha Gulzar) and Jem Haripur Regional Commander Aftab Ahmad’s Khala Batt town -centered number of mobile phones were found. He said that another donation collection channel is connected to a mobile number managed by Azhar’s son Abdullah Azhar (Abdullah Khan), and in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, JEM commander Syed Safdar Shah said that the organization collected donations for the Marxes via a registered number near Melwarah Post.

In addition to these three accounts, more than 250 Easypaisa wallets are used to collect funds for the donation collection campaign. In addition to social media appeals, terror outfit, Azhar’s brother Al Saif’s MSTD official, through the official propaganda channel, published a sound recording that invites supporters to contribute to 21,000 RS per person.

The speech was delivered at a meeting in a Friday community on August 15 at a meeting in Markaz Usman-O-Ali. In the sound clip, Al Saif instructed the establishment of 20 New Marxes this year as part of Jem’s general goal of 313 centers.

To build these mosques, the authorities said that JEM could have two basic motives – first, to replicate the Let’s Markaz Network, the training camps, which are not decentralized, will have a minimum impact of future Indian strikes on the terror infrastructure in Pakistan.

Secondly, to establish safe, generous safe houses for Azhar and his family to maintain a reasonable denial of where Pakistan is.

According to this plan, three four major brands will function as safe houses, medium -sized facilities will serve as training camps, and the rest will cope with logistics, and the Pakistan government continues to reject the existence of Azhar while allowing JEM to operate throughout the country.

Jem claims that every Marxaz will cost 12.5 million RS, while predictions show that a Bilal-sized facility cost is only 4-5 million RS. Like Subhanallah or Usman-O-Ali, the larger brand can cost 100 million RS, but it is unlikely that 313 are so big.

The authorities said that if the total construction cost would be about 1.23 billion RS (RS 123 Crore), leaving a major surplus for weapons recruitment if it is built with three major brands and 310 smaller ones.

Considering the Jem-Hamas-TTP (Tehreek-E-Taliban) connections and leadership meetings, the authorities could be used to get advanced weapons and perhaps attack the drones or Quadcopters used by TTP.

Authorities are widely known to help Pakistan’s intelligence agency heat to supply JEM’s weapons cheaply from the black market.

“Today, JEM’s Arsenal already contains machine guns, rocket launchers and mortar. Therefore, this 3.91 billion RS campaign can seriously support the arm stock.” He said.

In 2019, Pakistan was placed on the gray list by the international guard working on terrorist financing, and the Pakistan government implemented the national action plan and said that he had prevented Jem and his brother’s bank accounts under the control of the government.

In addition, cash transactions banned animal concealment donations and other donations collection, which led Pakistan to be officially removed from the gray list of FATF in 2022.

Now, instead of donations entering the bank accounts, Money is transferred to the digital wallets used by Azhar’s family members, and thus Pakistan can incorrectly claim that JEM has been cut off, only by showing the details of the bank account.
