Rajnath, AP Governor to Be in Vizag Today

Union Defense minister Rajnath Singh will arrive in Visakhapatnam on July 10 on a two-day visit to attend the commissioning of Indian Navy’s warship Mahendragiri.

According to the official press release, the Defense minister is scheduled to reach Visakhapatnam by air at 6 pm on Friday, July 10. He will hold meetings with senior officials and maritime personnel starting from 19.00.

He will attend the commissioning ceremony of Mahendragiri at the Shipyard on Saturday, July 11 at 09.50. After the event, he will depart for New Delhi.

AP Governor S. Abdul Nazeer will arrive at Visakhapatnam Airport at 21.40 on Friday, July 10, and will spend the night in a hotel.

On July 11, he will attend the first convocation of Jawaharlal Nehru University of Technology-Gurajada Vizianagaram at Andhra University Convention Center at 11 am. It is scheduled to leave Visakhapatnam by air at 14:55 on the same day.
