In her speech on “The Mom VIEW” program, White House special secretary Susie Wiles stated that President Donald Trump will be assigned to the campaign tour next year before the 2026 midterm elections.

“The president started raising money for the midterms the day after the election. And he’s sitting on a huge war chest to help these people,” he said, noting that he “will use it.”
Trump took office earlier this year after Republicans secured a trifecta in 2024, winning back the White House, preserving the House majority and regaining control of the Senate.

But the GOP’s political power will be in jeopardy in 2026 because of the potential for Republicans to lose their majorities in one or both chambers.
