Four Booked For Gang-rape And Murder Of 12-year-old Girl In UP Village

Ballia (Up): The police were reserved in connection with the gang rape and murder of a 12 -year -old girl in a village. The incident led to protests with the villagers and leaders of the BHİM Army and various other political parties demanding rapid action.
According to the police, the body of the girl in the village of Tutuwari on Friday was found under the borders of the Narhi Police Station. In the evening, his family returned home in the fields and discovered the body and informed the police.
Based on a complaint opened by the mother of the girl, a fir was recorded against four people. He accused them of keeping them the gang, killing him and hanging his body in his huts.
The family claimed that the crime was dependent on an previous incident in March 2024. The girl’s brother -in -law was recorded in a harassment case. The died girl was a key witness in this case and it was reported that she was planned to witness soon. The family said they believed that they were targeted and killed to prevent them from witnessing.
Nadeem Ahmed Faridi, the Narem Station House Officer, said that the police had custody of the body on Saturday and sent it for post -death.
“All aspects of the case are looked at.” He said.
In response to the incident, the BHİM army organized a protest on Saturday with many other political parties and the peasants. Sho said that the protesters were called for a three -hour seating show after making sure of the action in the case.
