ACE, the mother company of the Majet League (MLC), filed a lawsuit against USAC for ‘inappropriate termination’ of its contracts. ACE and USAC have been commercial partners since May 2019, but the US Cricket Board has ended earlier this year and said that ACE could not fulfill its contract and trust -based obligations’, including payments due to the national team and support personnel.
For players, the current situation is that the payments under contracts can be delayed or re -negotiated and will now be in the hands of the court.
