Shah Rukh Khan’s King Distribution Rights Fetches Whopping Amount

Shah Rukh Khan will return to the big screen after a three-year break with his new movie King. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film is scheduled to release in theaters on December 24, 2026. The first movie posters have already received positive reactions from all walks of life.

According to the latest news, Pen Marudhar has acquired the distribution rights of King for a significant amount. The company has reportedly secured pan-India distribution rights for a whopping Rs 250 million. Reports suggest that the distributor shares a long-standing partnership with Khan’s production company, which has previously released films like Jawan, Dunki, Zero, Badla and Ittefaq.

The cast of King includes an impressive cast including Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Jaideep Ahlawat, Jackie Shroff, Arshad Warsi, Abhay Verma and Raghav Juyal.

Produced on a budget of Rs 400 crore, King represents the second collaboration between SRK and Siddharth Anand after the success of Pathaan.
