Elon Musk emailed Jeffrey Epstein ‘should we head to your island’, bombshell files claim | World | News

According to the Epstein Files, Elon Musk asked Jeffrey Epstein if they should “go to the island”. Many allegations have come to light today following the publication of a large number of materials. These include claims to have emails from Tesla and SpaceX boss Elon Musk, who arranged a visit to Epstein’s island in 2013.
The emails appear to arrange a visit to the island during the festive period in 2013; Musk announced that he would be in St Barts at the time and asked if it was a good time to visit. There is no suggestion that mentioning the name in the files constitutes a crime. The emails show that Epstein responded by saying he would send his private helicopter to pick up Musk. However, the visit did not take place, and later interviews revealed that Musk was “disappointed” at having to stay in New York over the holiday.
The emails included correspondence claiming that Musk was “really looking forward to finally spending some time just keeping entertainment on the agenda.”
Musk has previously stated that he “refused” to visit Epstein’s island. Additionally, other alleged emails say the two met at SpaceX and Epstein thanked Musk for taking him on a tour.
Musk is also included in other emails among millions of documents released today. For example, one email shows that Epstein asked Musk if he could join him for a dinner in 2013.
Meanwhile, other conversations between the pair are more casual, such as conversations about Musk’s sleeping habits.
In a separate email sent by Emirati businessman Sultan Bin Sulayem in 2015, Epstein was asked if he had “had dinner with Elon Musk.”
The statement from the DOJ said: “As anything submitted by the public to the FBI falls within the scope of Lawful production, this production may include false or misrepresented images, documents, or videos. Some of the documents contain false and sensational allegations against President Trump, which were submitted to the FBI just before the 2020 election. To be clear, the allegations are unfounded and false, and if they have any credibility, they would certainly have been used as a weapon against President Trump.”
