Woman fighting for life after being hit by allegedly stolen car on Gold Coast

A woman is fighting for life after being shot by a car during a alleged vehicle theft in Gold Coast.
The police claim that three young people entered a house in Mora Ave in Runaway Gulf, shortly after 16:00 on Saturday.
There, it is claimed that residents are trying to prevent young people from stealing black Mercedes.
“As a result, a 54 -year -old woman was shot by the vehicle while you were fleeing from the scene,” the police said in a statement.
The woman was transferred to the hospital with critical injuries.
