On Friday, mean-spirited Rachel was celebrating after being crowned the winner of the fourth series of the BBC show with her villainous pal Stephen Libby.

The pair split the money, taking home £47,875, and were overcome with emotion as they described how proud they were of each other.

Rachel said: ‘This is the best feeling in the world. ‘I thought it was a really great achievement to be the first female Renegade to reach the final and then win.’

Rachel said: ‘My mum was just 47 when she was diagnosed with Parkinson’s; He was four years older than me and facing dementia, but he still surprises me and my family every day.’

He said that if he went all the way and won the money, he would spend it on Mother.

Rachel added: ‘I want to create memories with her while I’m lucky enough to have her, and I want to create memories with my children because they love their nanny.’
