Megyn Kelly reveals the treatment that has completely transformed her health: ‘There’s no shame in it’

Megyn Kelly has unabashedly praised hormone replacement therapy (HRT) as she spoke candidly about her menopause journey.
The 55-year-old political commentator stated that the drug solved a number of health problems he was struggling with.
During a conversation with actor Josh Duhamel on his self-titled show on SiriusXM, Kelly defended the treatment, emphasizing that aging “is nothing to be ashamed of.”
‘I’m in this business and I love it,’ he began.
‘I will say that it resolved so many things that were wrong with me that I had no idea it had to do with hormones.’
Kelly said the treatment relieved her dry eyes, improved her skin and helped her feel “alive” again.
‘You feel better, you look better, your skin is better, you feel more alive, brain fog [is gone]he said.
‘There are so many advantages to this, but people don’t want to talk about it because… it’s a sign of aging.’

Political commentator opened up about his experiences with treatment during a conversation with actor Josh Duhamel
Kelly concluded his words as follows: ‘There is no shame in getting old and experiencing these things. And you say, “No, I refuse. I’m going to go down swinging.”‘
Responding to her huge praise, Duhamel, 53, said: ‘Yes, I mean you look amazing Megyn.
‘I mean, if anyone is the perfect poster child for HRT, it’s you. ‘You look truly incredible.’
HRT remains the first-line treatment for menopausal symptoms and replaces estrogen and progesterone, which drop during menopause.
It can be taken in a variety of forms, including tablets, patches, and gels.
HRT is not suitable for some women with a history of breast or ovarian cancer, blood clots or untreated high blood pressure.
Some women may experience side effects or prefer a non-hormonal alternative.
Kelly’s brutal honesty led many women to come forward and share their experiences.

Speaking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one said: ‘Without HRT, after menopause my estrogen level dropped to ZERO. NONE. Without estrogen, I would slowly die.
‘For me HRT is medically necessary, not a nice little helper to freshen up my face.’
Echoing a similar sentiment, another wrote: ‘I do HRT pellets and they gave me my life back!’
A third added: ‘I’ve been in this business for 13 years and the difference is impressive.’
‘Sometimes I take two to three weeks off and I can barely get out of bed or work, I get terrible hot flashes and irritability is through the roof. ‘I’ll never give this up.’
Kelly is married to novelist Douglas Brunt and the couple have three children; sons Yates (16), Thatcher (12) and daughter Yardley (14).
In the past, Kelly has credited in vitro fertilization for helping her conceive all three of her children.
