Hegseth says Iran’s nuclear ambitions obliterated

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said on Sunday, “Iran’s nuclear ambitions were destroyed” hours after the US attacked the three major nuclear enrichment facilities.
President Donald Trump’s order “focused, strong and open,” praised as Hegseth, late at night in Iran in Iran “is not about the change of regime,” he said.
“The president, the Iranian nuclear program and our troops and allied Israel to defend collective self -defense of our national interests to neutralize the threats to neutralize our national interests.” He said.
Hegseth reflected Trump’s statements on Saturday after the attacks he greeted the “destruction of Iran’s nuclear enrichment capacity”.
However, the exact scope of the damage to Iran’s nuclear capabilities was not immediately clear.

Joint Chief of General Staff Gen. Dan Caine said on Sunday, Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan, “serious damage and destruction” to the facilities, but Iran’s nuclear capacity was “destroyed” did not go so far as to say.

Stealth B2 bombardment aircraft, including more than 125 aircraft participated in the operation.
