Foreign missions, including Canada and the United States, also expressed condolences and made safety recommendations in response to the explosion.

The US Embassy, ​​in its advisory notice, stated: “On November 10, 2025, a car exploded near the Lal Quila (Red Fort) metro station in central Delhi and multiple casualties were reported in the local media. The Government of India has put many states of India on high alert.”

The explosion, which hit one of Delhi’s busiest historical areas, sparked a nationwide security alert as investigators tried to identify those responsible and determine whether the incident was a targeted act of terrorism.
