Tamil Nadu CM Vijay receives grand welcome in Karur, hands jobs to stampede victims’ families – The Economic Times Video
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay visited Karur to hand over compassionate government job posting orders to 32 family members of those killed in the 2025 Karur stampede. He also announced that a monument would be built in memory of the victims. During his visit, the Prime Minister attended a public meeting of TVK at Atlas Ground, where he questioned the role of Karur Police in crowd management and launched a political attack on the ruling DMK ahead of the upcoming by-election.
