The senate majority leader John Thune, RS.D., Congress was afraid of the movement of the Senate Democrats to prevent a government’s short -term financing extension to close a government.

Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer, DN.Y. The democratic deputies led by the democratic deputies voted to prevent the ongoing decision of the Republicans (CR) just a few hours before the deadline to finance the government.

It is not possible to make an agreement during the decreasing hours of the 2025 financial year, and both sides are not ready to blink.

Thune said there would be more votes on the same bill, but Schumer said he knew where to find him if he wanted to talk. He also said that there are democrats who are not very satisfied with their situation.

Thune, “We did not want the Democrats to swallow new republican policies. We did not add Partisan riders.” He said. He continued: “We wanted the Democrats to expand their current financing levels to allow the Senate to continue their two -party allowance work.”

“And the Senate Democrats said no,” he continued. “Why? Because on the left, the groups of interests and the democratic members on the left asked the President. And so the Senate democrats sacrificed the American people to the partisan interests of the democrats.”

Republicans tried to re -expand their CRs until November 21st to give more time to pass the dozen expenditure invoices to finance the government, which has not been a success since the 1990s.

“Cracks in the Democrats are already shown, Sen said the majority of the Senate Whip John Barrasso, R-Wyo. He continued: “When we voted about our offer to keep the government open, just before the counter, we had a clean CR, a democratic vote. Tonight had three.”

In addition to other things, the Senate Democrats pushed the duration of tax loans to expire.

Nevertheless, Schumer was determined to come to the negotiation table to solve this problem and make a two -party CR.

“They sit and talk to us.” And the American people will blame them for stopping the federal government. “
