Tottenham: American tech entrepreneur Brooklyn Earick rules out formal takeover bid

American technology entrepreneur Brooklyn Earick refused to offer an official transfer to Tottenham.

Tottenham last month, an informal expression from a consortium led by Earick was “strictly rejected” and insisted that the club was not for sale.

However, after the rejection of an expression of interest, the rules of acquisition and merger of England dictated that Earick’s consortium should receive or announce that they could not do it until 24 October.

The confirmation of the decision, Tottenham’dan London Securities Stock Exchange, said the club “is no longer a proposal period,” he said.

Earick published an image of the expression on social media and added: “Over the last few months, it was a privilege that interacted with the representatives of the Tottenham Hotspur and the Lewis family.

He continued: “I respect the club, leadership and supporters and wish them nothing but success.”

The club’s board thanked the consortium that it shows a “constructive approach” in negotiations and that the owners of the club were not sold “respect the open position”.

Earick is an old DJ for NASA for NASA.

His approach was the third expression of the club rejected by the Board of Directors of the club since the sudden separation of the President of the Executive Daniel Lev in September.

On September 8, the club rejected the approaches from a consortium led by Firehawk Holdings Limited, led by PCP International Finance Limited and Dr Roger Kennedy and Wing-Fai NG.

Levy and his family have approximately 30% of the Enic Sports & Developments Holdings Ltd, which has a shares of approximately 87% in Tottenham.

Levy was the longest serving president of the Premier League, and it is estimated that he won more than £ 50 million in almost a quarter in almost a century.

But it was also the target of regular protests of Spurs fans, especially last season, domestic league results were disappointed.
