Trump warns of fresh strikes if Iran talks fail: NY Post

Washington: US warships will be reloaded with weapons to strike Iran if talks in Pakistan fail to reach an agreement, President Donald Trump told the New York Post in an interview on Friday.

“Our reset continues. We’re filling the ships with the best munitions ever made, the best weapons ever made, even better than we’ve ever done before, and we’ve blown them up,” Trump said, according to the Post.

“And if we don’t have a deal, we will use them, and we will use them very effectively.”

Trump had previously mentioned “WORLD’S MOST POWERFUL RESET!!!” in a short, cryptic message on the Truth Social network.

Vice President JD Vance arrived in Islamabad on Friday to lead a US delegation in talks with Iran this weekend, warning Tehran not to “play around” with Washington.
