While it is already known that Andrew will set up home on King Charles’ Sandringham Estate, an estate called Marsh Farm that is currently under renovation, this is not believed to be the case for Sarah. Instead, she will no longer live with her ex-husband.

Talking to the Sun Months ago, when it was first confirmed that Sarah no longer wanted to live with Andrew after leaving Royal Lodge, a friend of Sarah’s said she wanted some time away from Andrew and a “fresh start”.

Her friend said: “Sarah and Andy have lived together at the Royal Lodge since 2008, despite being divorced, and still look like a married couple.

“It’s incredible how willing they are to go their separate ways. But it shows that they’ve been under a lot of pressure this year and need a break from each other. This is a new start for both of them.”

Although a move date has not yet been confirmed, it is believed Andrew wants to move out of the 30-room Windsor mansion before his birthday on February 19.

This is despite the property he is moving to being still under construction, with CCTV and new fencing recently installed.

It is unknown whether Sarah will leave on the same day as Andrew or how the house hunting process is going.
