Cowboys quarterback takes swipe at former teammates as he embraces fresh start
Dallas Cowboys bought Joe Milton from the New England Patriots in offseason to add a little more depth to the start of the 2025 season.
Milton spoke in a shining way about his new Cowboys teammates and shifted to Patriots’s locker room. New England chose Milton in the sixth round of the 2024 NFL draft, and last season, Drake Maye and Jacoby Brissett were in a players’ room. Jerod Mayo was Patriots’s head coach last season.

Milton is expected to enter the normal season behind Prescott. Will Grier nested in QB3.
Prescott will try to stay healthy for Dallas. In 2024 he managed to play in only eight games.
