CJI BR Gavai cautions against misinterpretation of judges’ oral remarks on social media

On Tuesday, the Chief Justice of India, Bravai expressed concern about the verbal statements that judges were misrepresented on social media during the court proceedings.

During a hearing in court, CJI spoke one day after a lawyer, a day after a lawyer he appealed to the restoration of a Vishnu idol in Khajuraho last month.
