AFC Bournemouth: Chelsea have £64m bid rejected for Alex Scott

Bournemouth Rejected £64 million offer Chelsea for midfielder Alex Scott.
Cherry made it clear to the Blues that any other approach would not be welcomed and they plan to keep one of their star players.
However, the situation remains a difficult one for the club, with the England Under-21 international rejecting a new contract that has been on the table for at least two months.
Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham and Manchester City have also previously expressed interest in Scott in the window.
BBC Sport reported in June that Bournemouth had turned down Arsenal’s offer for Scott.
The 22-year-old player, who transferred from Bristol City to Bournemouth for £ 25 million in 2023, has two years left on his current contract.
Bournemouth have publicly insisted the player and interested clubs will remain on the south coast despite his current contract.
The south coast club are under no pressure to sell after qualifying for the Europa League and making significant revenue from the sales of Dean Huijsen, Milos Kerkez, Illia Zabarnyi and Dango Outtara last summer.
They took a similar stance on highly-rated striker Junior Kroupi, who has attracted interest from Arsenal and Tottenham.
Brazil international Rayan is also not expected to leave the team and has not given any indication that he wants to leave, having joined the club in January.
