Best bet for Caitlin Clark’s points prop in Dallas Wings at Indiana Fever 2026 WNBA season opener

An exclusive OutKick investigation has revealed that the WNBA 2026 season kicks off on Friday.
However, all eyes are on Saturday’s schedule, where Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever will host the Dallas Wings at 13:00. Clark isn’t the only WNBA star supporting them in this game.
THE WNBA SEASON STARTS TODAY WITH SOME INTERESTING FUTURE BETTS LIBERTY LOVES AND TO CONSIDER
In fact, Wings-Fever features the last four No. 1 draft picks and WNBA Rookies of the Year: Indiana C Aliyah Boston and Clark, as well as this year’s first overall pick, Dallas guards Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd.

Frankly, the Fever have progressed further in roster development since the Wings were selected first overall in the last two drafts. Indiana lost 3-2 in the five-game series to the WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces in the semifinals last season.
The Fever were up 3-1 in the series against the Wings last year. On DraftKings, Indiana is -285 on the moneyline (Dallas +230) and the favorites are -6.5 for a total of 177.5 as of Friday evening.

However, in an effort to shamelessly gain page views by writing about Clark, I’m focusing on his core endorsement for this article, which may be too high for a few reasons.
Best Bet: Indiana Fever SG Caitlin Clark Under 19.5 points
I know a lot of people may not want to hear this, but it may be overrated. Clark played just 13 games in his sophomore season last year, but he definitely took a dip as a sophomore.

Clark’s shooting percentage dropped 50 percentage points (41.7% to 36.7%) from his rookie year to his sophomore season, and his three-point percentage dropped 65 points (34.4% to 27.9%).
This ties into the other reason why Clark may be lacking in scoring support, which could make him more of a floor general than a scoring guard this season.
WNBA WON’T GROW THIS SEASON IF BAD GIRLS AND RACE BULLIES DON’T ACCEPT CAITLIN CLARK
Think about it: Indiana is one game away from reaching the 2025 WNBA Finals without Clark, and its team has two other All-Stars: Boston and PG Kelsey Mitchell.
Clark is the quarterback; his instinct should be to look better for his teammates rather than take over the offense.

Moreover, he missed most of last season with an injury and was injured in the preseason, so perhaps Clark was rusty in the series opener. It’s not like he’s attacking the basket; Most of his points come from the perimeter.
Finally, it is also sketchy that most sports betting sites mean over 19.5 points are plus money. She’s the most popular player in the WNBA by far, and it looks like sports betting is encouraging you to bet on her.
