CCI dismisses complaint against Rapido over alleged predatory pricing, says no abuse of dominance

The complainant had alleged that Rapido allowed private vehicles to operate commercially in Uttarakhand, charged fares below minimum rates set by state authorities and adopted tax-related practices as well as non-transparent pricing.
