Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh reveal daughter Dua Padukone Singh’s face on Diwali, viral photos break the internet

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh delighted their fans this Diwali by revealing their daughter Dua Padukone Singh’s face for the first time on social media. The power couple, known for keeping their private lives under the spotlight, shared a heartwarming family portrait that went viral. Deepika shared the photos with the caption “Diwali ki hardik shubhkamnayein” in Hindi and wished everyone a Happy Diwali accompanied by smile and evil eye emojis.

In the photos, the couple can be seen wearing coordinating festive outfits. Deepika wore a stunning red silk shalwar kameez with heavy traditional gold jewellery. Her hair was tied up in a bun decorated with jasmine flowers. Ranveer oozed his signature charm in an ivory sherwani with a layered pearl necklace and sunglasses.

The couple’s daughter, Dua, looked adorable in her parents’ arms in her matching red outfit. Her cute little ponytail made the picture even more adorable. Another photo captured a quiet moment during Diwali puja, where Deepika held Dua close. Dua was born in September 2024, nearly five years after Deepika and Ranveer got married. The couple met on the sets of the movie Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram Leela, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali in 2013, and fell in love with each other during the shooting of the movie.

Deepika and Ranveer, who have been together for nearly six years, got married in November 2018 in Lake Como, Italy, in a grand yet intimate ceremony following both Sindhi and Konkani rituals. Ever since Dua’s birth, Deepika and Ranveer have been fiercely protective of their daughter’s privacy and have refrained from sharing her face on social media.

This Diwali means the actors are giving their fans a first glimpse into their family life. A few weeks ago, a video of Deepika and little Dua traveling in a carriage at the airport was secretly shot by a fan and went viral.
